Scheduled delivery settings

Administrators can freely set the notification delivery time for new learners in minutes and hours from the company profile editing screen. The default setting is OFF, but it can be switched ON/OFF as needed, enabling flexible notification management tailored to the company's operational policies.

By targeting the time when learners are most likely to check their email, this contributes to improving open rates and learning start rates.

Automated email distribution system

At the scheduled delivery time, the system automatically sends an initial login guidance email to eligible new students.

This email is sent only to students with enabled message receiving settings, ensuring reliable information delivery.

You can freely specify whether or not to include delivery when importing a CSV file.

When registering student data in bulk via CSV, you can individually set whether or not to send notification emails to each user.

Even for users already registered, you can update the delivery settings to the latest state through the import operation, allowing for flexible response to sudden operational changes.

Secure login using a one-time URL

Upon initial login, a dedicated "one-time URL" valid for a limited time will be issued.

By simply clicking the URL, students can securely proceed to the password setting screen, ensuring security and enabling a smooth, intuitive start to their learning.
