Supervisors and mentors can follow up on participants.

Not only the HR department, but also supervisors and mentors can monitor the skills requirements and learning progress of each participant, making it possible to provide growth opportunities and on-site support tailored to each individual participant.
The human resources department, superiors, and participants themselves work together as one to create an environment where participants can learn and improve together as an organization rather than as individuals.

Check the status of organizational and individual initiatives according to authority
Students who have been given supervisor/mentor authority can check the progress of their organization and individuals from their own course screen, depending on their authority.
For example, a general manager can compare the number of students taking each course, average progress rate, completion rate, grades, etc. by department or branch within their umbrella organization. Mentors can check the progress of students assigned to them.
It is also possible to set whether or not to receive automatic notifications for assignment submissions, etc.
