By comparing the average number of course applications and logins within an organization, the number of logins for the current month, and the activity of other users, you can objectively grasp the learning situation and progress, which will lead to continuous learning and maintaining motivation.
Function details
Viewing the usage graph
Displays the number of course applications, attendance, and logins for the collection period set by the administrator. By comparing with the average data for the organization, you can understand your own attendance status and encourage continued login and system use.
List of courses with deadlines approaching
Only courses that you can apply for will be displayed from courses with upcoming application deadlines. A customized list for each student will encourage them to apply for courses.
List of courses with upcoming deadlines
Displays a list of courses you have applied for that are nearing their end date. You can prevent missing out on courses by being reminded of deadlines on the dashboard.
Other users' activity
Displays user activity within the same organization. You can customize the display to display more familiar data, such as the usage status of courses you have signed up for. By visualizing the usage status of students among themselves in anonymized form, you can promote increased activity throughout the organization.
Administrators can set whether or not to display data and the collection period.
The dashboard is divided into several areas, and you can control whether each area is displayed or not. You can also select the data collection period, and manage data according to your educational plan.
