Restricting access by IP address

Access restrictions based on IP address are a mechanism that identifies the source of access by IP address and allows access only from registered IP addresses.
SmartSkill Campus allows you to set access restrictions for logins and courses, and you can set whether to allow or not allow access from both inside and outside the company.

Prevent unauthorized access to videos

Videos are distributed using a streaming method and are not stored on the student's device.
The URL for viewing the video can only be obtained and viewed by registered students, and cannot be accessed by malicious third parties. In addition, since the video viewing URL is obtained within the video player, it is not displayed to students, preventing the leakage of content.

Disable downloading and printing of materials

PDF materials can be set to not be printed or downloaded, and can be restricted to viewing only within SmartSkill Campus.

Restricting access by day and time

You can control the login of students and access to each course by day and time. For example, you can restrict required courses to be taken only during working hours, allowing you to operate appropriately according to the position of the course.
