Target audience and expected results
Overview
overview
It is said that when a person grows, 10% of what they learn comes from reading and training, 20% from guidance and advice from others, and the remaining 70% comes from "their own experience." However, it is also true that there are people who can learn and grow from experience and those who cannot. And it can be said that the difference is whether or not they have the "ability to learn from experience." If you have the "ability to learn from experience," you can grow both in terms of ability and mentally, which will eventually lead to better results in your own work and contribute to the development of society.
Therefore, this course will teach you how to acquire the ability to learn from experience so that anyone can become a person who can learn and grow from experience. The course is supervised by Professor Mutsumi Matsuo of Hokkaido University Graduate School, a leading researcher in experiential learning in Japan. Based on Professor Matsuo's book, "Introduction to Experiential Learning: How to Develop People Who Can Live in the Workplace" (published by Diamond Inc.), we have extracted the essence and made it into a video.
You will learn about the "experiential learning cycle," which is the basis of experiential learning, the three skills necessary for experiential learning (stretching, reflection, and enjoyment), and the "feelings" and "connections" that support it. In addition, after learning from the videos, we have prepared a wide variety of templates to help you turn the experiential learning cycle in your actual workplace. Please take this course to acquire the "ability to learn from experience."
