Seminar Overview

While competition for new graduate recruitment is intensifying, there are many things to do and many people are unable to find fundamental ways to improve efficiency.

This seminar will explain the "impact of AI on recruitment operations" and "AI utilization strategies that will determine the success or failure of recruitment efficiency" based on a survey of AI services from 300 companies both in Japan and overseas.

We will also introduce a case study in which generative AI has improved the efficiency of recruitment processes by 90%.

He spent his time as a student at the University of Calgary's business school. While enrolled, he was selected as a member of the "Semester at Sea Spring 2019" program, which involved traveling to 11 countries around the world to learn about local businesses. After graduating, he joined Hitachi, Ltd. as a candidate for an overseas expatriate position. He worked as a systems engineer developing applications for major financial institutions. He is currently working at a startup, developing an AI interviewer to streamline recruitment operations. He is also in charge of overseas surveys, and has surveyed the AI services of over 300 companies to date.
