Privacy Policy
In order to contribute to the creation of an advanced information society through our personnel development support services and technical training services, REVIC Global Co., Ltd. (hereafter, "our company") fully recognizes its duty to society regarding the protection of the personal information that is handled by our company, and we shall observe all laws and regulations related to the protection of individual rights and to personal information. We herein declare that we shall construct a personal information protection management system to put the policy described below into action, and shall devote the full efforts of the company to continually improving it while remaining at all times aware of issues such as the most recent trends in IT technology, changes in social requirements, and changes in the business environment.
- Personal information shall be acquired, utilized, and provided only within the range necessary for carrying out the proper duties of our company, hiring of employees, and personnel management. We shall not handle any personal information which is beyond the range necessary for achieving the designated purposes of use.
- We shall comply with laws, policies designated by the national government, and other guidelines related to the protection of personal information.
- We shall enact reasonable safety measures to counter the risk of personal information leakage, loss, modification, or other problems, and shall invest business resources consistent with the actual conditions of our operations in order to continually improve our personal information security system and prevent such problems. In the event that such a problem occurs, we shall take corrective action immediately.
- We shall respond promptly, faithfully, and appropriately to complaints or concerns regarding the handling of personal information.
- Based on changes in the environment in which our company operates, the personal information protection management system shall be reviewed at appropriate times and in an appropriate manner, and steps shall be taken to continually improve it.
This policy shall be distributed to all employees to ensure complete awareness of it, and shall also be posted on our company's website, so that it may be viewed by anyone at any time.
